Quantum Leben operates across Europe through cooperation with various outsourcing partners. Matters such as sales and distribution for Quantum Leben insurance products, policy administration. premium collection and claims handling, are largely outsourced to these partners within the guidelines. They all have their own distribution network and sell exclusively through one or a limited number of intermediaries, or have an entire network of hundreds to thousands of intermediaries or brokers. This allows Quantum Leben to keep its own organisation as lean and efficient as possible.
Important announcement from the FMA
Pursuant to an order issued by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA), the transfer of the remaining active unit-linked insurance policies from Nucleus Life AG to Quantum Leben AG (QL) was completed effective December 19, 2025. The transfer of the policies was accompanied by the transfer of the underlying assets. QL will manage the policies in the best interests of the policyholders. However, Quantum Leben has not assumed, nor can it assume, any responsibility for acts or omissions of Nucleus Life AG that occurred prior to the date of the portfolio transfer.

Su ordine dell'Autorità di vigilanza sui mercati finanziari (FMA) del Liechtenstein, è stato effettuato il trasferimento delle restanti polizze assicurative attive legate a fondi della Nucleus Life AG alla Quantum Leben AG (QL) con effetto dal 19 dicembre 2025. Il trasferimento delle polizze è stato accompagnato dal trasferimento degli asset sottostanti alle polizze. QL gestirà le polizze nel migliore interesse degli assicurati. Quantum Leben non si è tuttavia assunta alcuna responsabilità per azioni od omissioni di Nucleus Life AG avvenute prima della data di trasferimento del portafoglio e non può farlo.
