Quantum Leben and Howden expand partnership with launch in Denmark

Quantum Leben AG is expanding its strategic partnership with Howden across Europe. The joint activities now commence in Denmark with solutions for workers’ compensation insurance together with Howden Forsikringsagentur.
Following successful collaborations in Switzerland and the Netherlands, Quantum Leben is taking the next step in developing into a specialist in social security-related insurances between employers and employees. The introduction in Denmark also opens the door to further expansion into the other Nordic countries.

Strong expertise and position in Denmark

In recent years, Howden Denmark has built a strong presence in the Danish workers’ compensation market through targeted acquisitions, including Nordic Netcare. With more than 40 years of experience in prevention, claims handling, and workplace environment management, Howden offers a fully integrated approach in Denmark, from prevention to reintegration.

Beyond providing insurance coverage, employee wellbeing is at the center of the partnership. Preventing occupational accidents is the top priority. In the event of a work-related incident, the focus is on swift and successful reintegration, benefitting both employees and employers.

“We are very pleased to bring our expertise to Denmark together with Howden,” says Arjen van Dun, CCO of Quantum Leben. “This expansion underlines our shared ambition to become a specialist in social security solutions across several European markets.”

“With this partnership, Howden MGA can now offer workers' compensation insurance both as part of our industry-specific agreements and as stand-alone solutions. This means we can help even more companies create security and safety for their employees. We look forward to a strong partnership where we focus on prevention and risk management, two key priorities for Howden,” says Martin Buk, Business Development Director at Howden Denmark.
